Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1500/month
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate must be a foreign national with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Photocopying, filing, sorting documents and other administrative tasks
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Keeping office supplies stocked and ordering more when needed
• Performing basic bookkeeping duties such as tracking expenses
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Confirming appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, etc.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Must be a foreign national with excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
