Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth functioning of the office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, keeping records, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports and other related tasks.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English language, both written and spoken
