Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the office, including filing, organizing documents, and performing general office duties. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
• Maintain filing system for all office documents
• Handle office supplies orders
• Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as necessary
• Arrange travel accommodations for staff members
• Sort mail and distribute it appropriately within the office
• Perform general data entry tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy of work
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Other Requirements:
• Must be willing to work flexible hours if necessary • Must be able to work under pressure • Must have excellent customer service skills
