Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for a motivated, organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires an individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
The successful Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing documents, organizing meetings, coordinating events and other related duties. Responsibilities also include data entry, preparing reports and maintaining records. The Office Assistant must also be able to provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Applicants should possess excellent organizational skills and have strong attention to detail. Being able to work independently is essential for this role as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, along with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
