We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. In this position, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect products to meet their needs, as well as providing excellent customer service. You should have the ability to understand customer requirements and have the knowledge to suggest the best products for them. You will also be expected to keep track of sales goals, manage inventory and ensure that prices are correct.
The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail setting. You should possess strong communication skills with a focus on problem solving and providing exceptional customer service. You must also be comfortable working with numbers and have an eye for detail when it comes to pricing items accurately. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple customers at once.
Your duties include but are not limited to: assisting customers with product selection; processing sales transactions; maintaining accurate records of sales; restocking shelves with new merchandise; responding to customer inquiries; offering advice on product features; staying up-to-date on products offered by the store; ensuring that shelves are properly labeled and priced correctly; keeping track of sales goals; and managing inventory as needed.
