Vacancy: Project Manager – Al Shamkhah City
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must be willing to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning and execution of all projects
• Set deadlines, assign tasks and manage resources to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
• Monitor progress of all projects and provide timely reports to senior management on performance metrics such as budget, timeline, etc.
• Develop procedures for quality assurance on all projects and ensure compliance with established standards
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
