We are looking for a skilled and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in communicating with colleagues and customers. The successful applicant will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while keeping track of the progress of their assigned activities.
The day-to-day duties of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls, providing administrative assistance to the staff, handling office supplies and equipment, preparing reports and documents, organizing meetings and conferences, supporting the finance department with invoices, accounts receivables and account payables. The person must also be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
As an Office Assistant you should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong problem solving abilities. You must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as familiarity with the internet. A diploma or certification in office management or administration is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must possess strong organization skills, be detail oriented and self-motivated.
