Salary: 1500 AED
Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling incoming calls and emails, managing documents and paperwork, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth daily office operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be reliable and have strong attention to detail
