We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service and should be able to work independently and in a team environment.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers. They must also have a good understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques and be able to develop creative solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing sales strategies and plans to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Generating leads through networking activities, cold calls, and other methods
• Developing and maintaining customer service standards
• Creating presentations for potential clients on products/services offered
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.

The successful candidate should also possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager position with a proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Fluency in English (foreigners are welcome)
