Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Musaffah. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and creating delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking and a strong background in food preparation, menu planning and inventory management. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1100 AED per month .
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute daily menus with the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Oversee purchasing, sanitation, food preparation, storage, and other kitchen operations
• Monitor kitchen staff performance to ensure they adhere to proper food handling procedures
• Develop recipes and menu items that meet customer needs
• Ensure all food products are stored properly in accordance with safety guidelines
• Establish portion sizes and plating guidelines
• Schedule staff shifts according to business demands
• Monitor inventory levels and record any discrepancies
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar culinary leadership role
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
