Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
The Administrator’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
• Maintaining records of office activities
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Taking minutes during meetings
• Processing incoming mail, payments and invoices
• Managing travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, etc.
• Monitoring supplies inventory levels and ordering new supplies when needed
• Assisting with the preparation of reports or presentations
• Providing customer service support when needed.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as strong problem solving abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. A degree in business administration or related field is desirable but not essential, however we are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience at this position. The salary is 1500 AED per month.
