We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and will be expected to have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies, equipment and furniture
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements and other activities as requested
• Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
• Process documents, filing paperwork and other administrative tasks
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist with event planning, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and taking minutes
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
