Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers and employees, as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to managers and employees such as scheduling meetings, organizing filing systems, coordinating travel arrangements, and answering phone calls.
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Greet visitors and coordinate their appointments with staff members.
• Manage inboxes and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor office expenditure, including rent, utilities, stationery, etc.
• Ensure that office equipment is functioning properly; call for repairs when necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
