Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. Our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a secretary in a professional setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and liaising with clients and partners. Duties will include planning and organizing meetings, preparing documents, taking phone calls, managing diaries, creating agendas, and other related tasks. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to work with different teams in the organization and excellent communication skills to convey information accurately.
We require the successful applicant to have strong computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Office suite programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The applicant must also be able to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately. Having good organizational skills is essential for this role.
