Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen staff in the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals. This position requires you to oversee all aspects of food production including menu planning, selection of ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation. You will also ensure health and safety standards are met while managing overall kitchen operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1200 per month.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts/Culinary Management
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or related role
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
Key Responsibilities:
• Create innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences • Manage kitchen operations while meeting health & safety standards • Oversee selection of ingredients & food preparation techniques • Coordinate activities & delegate tasks among kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations • Monitor staff performance & provide guidance when needed • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to customer preferences & specifications • Ensure high quality standards are met at all times • Maintain accurate records & monitor inventory levels
