Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all departments, manage office operations, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. The position is full-time and comes with a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who wish to work in the United Arab Emirates.
Main Duties
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, such as managing the office's filing system, preparing reports and documents, and responding to inquiries from internal staff or external clients. They will also be expected to assist in organizing meetings and events, maintain the office supplies inventory, create purchase orders and invoices as well as other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and have strong interpersonal skills; they should also have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience working in an administrative role is essential for this position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required as well as an ability to quickly learn new software applications. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is desired but not essential for this role.
