Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our business operations and ensuring office efficiency. The Office Manager will be expected to manage day-to-day operations, including organizing and tracking office supplies, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing assistance with other projects as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Outstanding time management abilities
