Office Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for our office's day-to-day operations.
The Office Manager must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as superior attention to detail. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, stationery, equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and providing candidate support.
• Organize business travel arrangements for employees, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
• Oversee the coordination of events such as conferences and staff meetings.
• Coordinate all IT services including software installation, hardware repair/replacement and user support.
• Ensure that all office documents are properly filed in an organized manner.
• Prepare financial reports on a regular basis and ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the workplace.
Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; additional certifications will be an advantage
• Proven experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000 AED per month
