Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a talented Office manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 and we are open to considering an immigrant.
The main role of the Office manager will be to ensure that all administrative tasks in the office are carried out efficiently and effectively. This will include handling queries, organizing meetings, managing correspondence and managing records. The successful candidate should be able to prioritize tasks and be highly organized in order to meet deadlines.
The right person will have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers and staff alike. They should also have excellent IT skills, as they will be expected to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other software packages used in daily operations. The Office manager should also have strong problem solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively about solutions for the office.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when carrying out their duties. They must also have an understanding of office procedures and protocols, as well as a working knowledge of health & safety regulations and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Office manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential if sufficient experience can be demonstrated.
