Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to the staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in an office environment and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. The Office Manager should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
1. Managing office supplies, ordering new items when needed, and maintaining an inventory system;
2. Supervising administrative staff, setting goals, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance;
3. Overseeing maintenance of office equipment;
4. Scheduling meetings and managing calendars;
5. Providing customer service by responding to inquiries from both external and internal sources;
6. Developing policies and procedures related to office operations;
7. Handling confidential information with discretion;
8. Assisting with budgeting by tracking expenses and preparing reports on financial activity;
9. Processing paperwork related to personnel files, payroll, taxes, etc.;
10. Handling other duties as assigned by management team members.
