Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to serve as a Supervisor in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and an ability to manage and motivate a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, creating and executing strategies to achieve goals and objectives, monitoring performance levels, recruiting and training staff members, setting schedules, delegating tasks, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; be highly organized; possess strong attention to detail; have great problem solving skills; have the ability to multi-task; be able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines; be able to take initiative and make decisions independently. A valid UAE driving license is also required for this position.
