Job Title: Electrician
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and qualified Electrician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures and control systems.
• Diagnose problems in electrical circuits, equipment and systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Plan layout of wiring and install wiring according to specifications.
• Follow safety practices in order to protect workers from potential hazards.
• Test electrical systems or components for continuity, current, voltage or resistance using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters or oscilloscopes.
• Connect power cables to equipment such as motors or lighting fixtures and install safety controls for equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty circuit breakers, fuses and other electrical components.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Electrician with a certification from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of the principles of electricity, including Ohm’s Law, AC/DC theory etc.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use a variety of tools/equipment safely
• Good problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
