We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and will be expected to provide administrative support to our team.
The primary responsibilities of the role include answering phones and promptly responding to emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, organizing documents, and providing other general administrative assistance as needed.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant and demonstrate strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other related software programs. In addition, they should be able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks assigned. Excellent communication skills are essential for the successful candidate to be successful in the job.
