Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Secretary to join our team and help us manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be highly detail-oriented, creative and self-motivated.
The successful candidate must have at least a diploma in office administration or related field and at least two years of relevant experience. Experience with customer service is a plus. The job requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additionally, the Secretary should be familiar with administrative duties such as filing documents, managing databases, creating spreadsheets, making travel arrangements and dealing with customer inquiries.
The primary role of the Secretary is to provide general support to the team by handling all administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, managing databases, organizing files, creating documents and updating records.
This position requires excellent time management skills as well as good multi-tasking abilities in order to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. The Secretary must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being able to take direction from supervisors when needed.
