Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
The Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi is for a role that requires a dedicated and experienced individual to provide administrative and clerical support services. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. They should also have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Secretary will be responsible for managing office activities, handling incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining records, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the company. They will also be required to manage travel arrangements, take messages, coordinate meetings, file documents and answer phones.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally we would prefer someone with previous experience in an administrative role or a related field.
It is essential that the successful candidate be able to take initiative and effectively prioritize tasks without supervision in order to help ensure smooth functioning of the office operations. The salary offered is 1600 AED per month. We are open to consider foreign applicants as well.
