We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Secretary
• Excellent communication, writing, grammar and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience managing emails and scheduling meetings
• Fluency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
