We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in project management and have a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning and organizing the work of teams in order to achieve specific goals and objectives.

The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication skills. We are seeking someone with strong leadership ability who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. The ability to manage complex projects that require strong negotiation skills is essential.

As Project Manager your responsibilities include: developing project plans; creating project documents; coordinating project activities; leading meetings; setting deadlines; monitoring progress; troubleshooting problems; preparing reports; communicating changes and progress to stakeholders; managing financial resources; ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; maintaining budget control systems; building relationships with vendors/suppliers/clients and other stakeholders. You will also be expected to provide support during the execution phase of each project including managing risks, resolving conflicts, liaising between teams and departments, monitoring progress against targets and timelines, tracking costs against budgets, preparing reports on progress and providing updates to senior management.
