Al Shamkhah City is looking for an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, a positive attitude in the workplace, and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Sort incoming mail
• Maintain office supplies
• Filing documents
• Data entry into computer systems

Requirements:
