The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be organized and have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
• Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing and other office duties.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Greeting visitors and handling their inquiries as appropriate.
• Assisting with the organization of meetings, conferences and events as required.
• Maintaining records of office activities and updating databases.
• Carrying out research on behalf of the company as directed by supervisors.
• Acting as a liaison between different departments in the organization.

Qualifications:
