Merchandiser job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser is to ensure the timely delivery of merchandise from suppliers and vendors. This includes tracking inventory levels, ordering stock, monitoring deliveries and preparing invoices. Additionally, the Merchandiser will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and discounts, liaising with other departments within the organization as well as conducting regular price comparisons to identify cost savings opportunities.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in a related role and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The ability to work well under pressure is also essential. Knowledge of accounting software programs is an advantage.
