Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a world-class wine list, as well as providing exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will also advise patrons on the selection of wines, coordinate wine tastings and recommend pairings with food.

Requirements for the Candidate:
- Diploma or certification in Sommelier studies;
- Extensive knowledge of wine and wine pairing;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is desirable but not essential;
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends;
- Valid work permit in Dubai or ability to obtain one.
