OFFICE ASSISTANT, ABU DHABI
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant for a full-time position in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff and management team. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent organizational skills who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support such as filing, copying and scanning documents, data entry, and other related tasks.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain office supplies by ordering and stocking inventory.
• Greet visitors and handle customer inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Maintain records of all office activities.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
