We are seeking an Office assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position and the salary is 1500.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. They must also possess a proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently when needed.
As an Office Assistant, your primary duties will include managing all administrative tasks in the office such as answering phones, filing paperwork, creating documents, maintaining records, and scheduling meetings or appointments. You will also be responsible for providing support to other departments such as customer service or accounting as needed. Additionally, you should have knowledge of office protocols such as ordering supplies or managing company emails or calendars.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma with at least one year of experience in an office setting preferred though we are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience . They should also be proficient in MS Office software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., with excellent written/verbal communication skills in English required along with strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines. In addition they should have knowledge of basic accounting principles helpful though not required.
