Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and involve providing administrative, secretarial and organizational support to the HR department.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility for their own performance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager
• Process documents related to employee records, benefits, payroll and other HR activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with recruitment process including scheduling interviews and creating offer letters
• Provide support for various HR projects as required
• Ensure data accuracy in all HR databases
• Manage employee travel requests
• Prepare reports as requested by the Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not essential
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be discreet with confidential information • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Fluent English language skills; Arabic language skills would be an asset • Willingness to relocate to Doha if required
