Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary for our office in Doha, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain some experience or start out in the administrative field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and organized secretarial support to the staff of the office.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to type quickly and accurately. Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and should be proficient with web browsing and emailing. The applicant must also be able to work independently, as well as with a team.
Some of the key duties of this role include but are not limited to: maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, taking minutes at meetings, answering phones, responding to emails promptly and other general office tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. They must also have an acute sense of discretion when dealing with confidential information. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as we are willing to consider a foreigner presented with minimal work experience. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 QAR per month for this position.
