Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager for our Doha office. The successful candidate will support the overall operations of the company by managing its financial operations, developing business strategies, and overseeing marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for leading our team to success by providing clear direction and guidance while also effectively communicating with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to facilitate growth
• Supervising operations to ensure high performance standards are met
• Monitoring financial performance, making decisions on investments and budget allocations
• Analyzing sales trends, researching potential markets, and forecasting future sales growth
• Establishing relationships with vendors, partners, and customers to increase clientele
• Coordinating marketing activities such as advertising campaigns or promotional events
• Overseeing hiring processes and personnel management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Doha market (preferred)
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
