Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, mail and emails from customers
• Organize meetings, seminars and other events as required by the company
• Prepare documents such as letters, reports and presentations
• Provide administrative support to other departments
• Arrange travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records of the office inventory
• Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked at all times
• Assist with the recruitment process when necessary
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in an office environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English language is essential
