Office Assistant (Ajman)
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills and be familiar with digital tools. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this position.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Good knowledge of digital tools, such as MS Office
• Familiarity with administrative tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with general office activities, including filing, photocopying, ordering supplies, etc.
• Coordinate office events and meetings
• Monitor office inventory levels and restock supplies when needed
• Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis
• Answer phone calls from customers or other departments
• Ensure the office is adequately maintained by handling small repairs or liaising with outside vendors for larger repair jobs
Salary: 1100 AED per month
