Office Assistant Job in Bani Yas City
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, be highly self-motivated, and have the ability to work well with minimal supervision. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to, data entry, filing documents, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and emails from clients/customers, and helping other staff members with any tasks as needed.
Our company offers competitive compensation of 1300 per month for the Office Assistant role. In addition to a base salary, we offer a generous benefits package that includes health insurance coverage, vacation time and sick pay benefits.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in an office environment or related role. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic. A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not required.
