We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, as well as increasing sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Train and supervise store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and merchandising best practices
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and design to develop new product lines
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage store inventory levels to control costs and maximize profits

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both customers and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision
