We are seeking an experienced Secretary for our Doha office. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as handling all clerical tasks related to the office. Responsibilities include typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, processing mail and other documents, preparing reports and presentations, managing office supplies, responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues, and assisting with other projects as needed.
