Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organized and capable of managing their work load with minimal supervision.

Demands for Candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proven experience with MS Office and other office management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is a plus
