Administrative Assistant Position - Abu-Dhabi
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while ensuring the smooth running of all office operations.
Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the team including filing, data entry, scheduling, and other clerical tasks
• Manage office supplies and order new materials when needed
• Ensure that all correspondence is handled efficiently and accurately
• Monitor emails and respond appropriately in a timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, documents, and other materials as required
• Assist with the coordination of meetings and events as requested
• Maintain a professional working environment at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Good problem solving skills.
We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.
