Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing organization.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining files and records of the organization’s activities
• Answering telephone calls, taking messages, responding to enquiries
• Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts
• Preparing memos, letters, reports, faxes and other documents
• Managing databases, spreadsheets, presentations and other office tools
• Coordinating office supplies orders
• Supporting daily administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Attention to detail and accuracy in work product • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Salary: 1100 AED/month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role. No experience is required as training will be provided.
