We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing support to both internal and external clients, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, handling mail and correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, overseeing data entry and filing systems, managing payroll processes, maintaining databases of personnel records, handling invoices and accounts payable/receivable, liaising with vendors and suppliers as necessary.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and have a good understanding of administrative processes. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant who is eligible to work in Abu-Dhabi.
