We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are open to consider an immigrant for this role.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a friendly attitude and the ability to work well with others. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
In this role, the secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team by performing tasks such as scheduling meetings and client appointments, producing documents, managing databases, answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment, arranging travel arrangements, organizing events, filing paperwork and other related duties. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills as well as demonstrate excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
The successful applicant must have strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). They must also be able to type quickly with accuracy while paying attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
