Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to provide exceptional administrative support. The salary is 1000 AED per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily tasks such as taking phone calls, answering emails and responding to inquiries
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and other tasks as needed
• Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
• Maintain filing systems for confidential documents
• Create reports and maintain records of daily activities
• Ensure the smooth running of office operations
• Provide general administrative support to the staff
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent field preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential (at least 3 years)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other computer applications
