Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with confidential information. The position offers a salary of 1300 AED and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role. Previous experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the team by taking on tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Prepare documents, letters, memos and reports
• Ensure that databases are kept up to date with accurate information
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Act as a liaison between management, clients and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
