We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organizational support to the organization.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of working experience as a Secretary or in a related field. The successful applicant must be detail-oriented, organized and reliable, as well as possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other administrative software applications.
The primary duties of the Secretary include but are not limited to: managing the daily office schedule; answering phone calls; responding to emails; scheduling meetings; preparing reports; processing paperwork; maintaining office records; filing documents; handling correspondence; organizing travel arrangements (if needed); and performing other tasks as assigned.
