Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing documents, maintaining records, and providing general administrative assistance
• Answer incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries and requests as needed
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) for all important documents
• Assist with other office tasks such as ordering supplies and handling mail
• Assist in organizing events such as conferences, seminars, presentations etc.
• Provide support for other staff members as requested
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Previous experience working in an office environment is required
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
